CHANNEL LED MODULES INSTALLATION GUIDE

1. Clean the installation surface
   
2. Apply non-drying glue stick to back side of the module, or make screwing
   arrangements by drilling.
   
3. Arrange modules for uniform light & connect the wires.
   
4. Fit on front panel and turn ON to test.
   
5. Finished Product.

Special Notes for Installation:

1. Observe the correct polarity of wires to the modules.
   
2. Distance between the front panel and LED modules should be kept within 5cm to
   13cm for proper operation and to avoid bright and dark spots on the panel.
   
3. The voltage of Power supply and Modules should be matched.
   
4. The modules should be fixed firmly inside the Channel box.
   
5. The length of connecting wires should be kept minimum. 18AWG wire is
   recommended.
   
6. Working Temperature: -20 deg to +60 Deg
   
7. Storage Temperature: -40 Deg to +100 Deg.
   
8. Relative Humidity: <80 RH for normal operation
