ASM Circuits manufactures and provides MCPCB/ flexible circuit which are also known as flex circuits or flex circuit boards. Perfect quality and stability to our products are given through the assembling of electronic circuits by mounting the electronic devices on high performing plastic substrates. Our circuits might well be screen printed on polyester for enhanced conductivity.

MCPB

We present MCPB (metal core printed circuit board) which includes a metal base, di electric layer, copper circuit layer, IC components and a solder mask. MCPCB's are heavily used these days than traditional FR4 or CEM3 PCBs for their competence to dissipate away the heat from the components. It is primarily used in LEDs to remove the heat from all topical IC's.

Flexible Circuits

Flexible circuits in one and two metal layer options are provided to clients. We make these circuits with the help of the components used in making rigid circuit boards. All the circuits are checked for their size and dimensional conformation before they are sent at client's end.
